How to use Byoma Hydrating Milky Toner

1. Apply to clean, dry skin with hands and pat gently into face, neck and décolletage. Use AM + PM.
2. Follow with your preferred Byoma serums + moisturizer.
3. How to Recycle: Unscrew cap, rinse out bottle and recycle in normal household plastic waste.
