Order Processing
As soon as you place your order with us, it’s automatically processed through our system. Most in-stock items are shipped within 1 – 3 business days; however, during special promotional events order processing can take 2-7 business days.
There may be a chance that any/few products (s) in your order is sold out, or are in-transit and might land soon at our warehouse. In that case, our excellent service team will contact you before shipping the in-stock items and will ship the pending order within 2-7 working days after your consent, else would refund your money back.
In case there is no confirmation on the COD orders, they will be canceled without any notice. Also, if the particular customer has rejected or has not received a COD order anytime before then the order will be canceled automatically. If a prepaid order is canceled due to lack of service to a particular pin code or if the product is not available, then, all refunds are processed within 24 to 48 hour
Shipping Process
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email on your registered email address & SMS on your registered mobile number with the details of the tracking link and the courier company that is processing your order. Tracking information can take 24-48 hours to update. Processing times do not account for weekends or holidays. Orders are processed in the order in which they are received.
Sometimes there may be a possibility of your order being fulfilled at multiple locations; you may receive two separate packages with two different tracking numbers. In this scenario you will only have to pay the shipping/COD charge if applicable, on the first package you receive.

We also provide cash on delivery at a flat rate of Rs. 200/- on all orders.
Delivery Process
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link within 2-4 days of your purchase; this can be longer during times of extreme volume. If you don’t have it, it’s possible that it got sent to your spam folder.
We choose the best and the fastest courier partner for your respective destination. Your order will arrive within 5-8 business days from when the order is picked up from our warehouse.
Moreover, this delivery duration may be more or less dependent upon the delivery destination. All the Delhi/NCR orders are either delivered the same day or sometimes the next day after the order is dispatched from our Delhi warehouse.
