RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY
QUNA Luxury Attire endeavours to ensure that We take UTMOST care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality checks and standards.
While we believe in selling premium quality and providing the best fit for all our products, we understand that quality and fit are personal to individuals and not everyone prefers the same fabrics and fit, hence at QUNA Luxury Attire, we provide product exchange.
Items eligible for EXCHANGE
- We offer exchanges on all our products.
- There are no charges for return.
- In case you opt for COD ( Cash on Delivery), the COD charges are non-refundable.
- We do provide reverse pickups if the following conditions are satisfied.

- Exchange of garments can be made only under a window of 3 days and not later from the date of receiving the product when ordering online.
- Free size will only be exchanged or returned in case of any defect in the garment.
- Unboxing video of the defective/wrong product is required in proper to claim any damage highlighting the defective areas.
- Packages that don’t fulfil the above conditions will be rejected in Qualtity check and returned back to the customer.
- Items eligible for exchange should be unused, unaltered, unwashed and returned with original packaging and tags for hygiene reasons.
Items which are not exchangeable
- Please note that intimate wear products (swimwear and lingerie) will not be eligible for exchange due to hygiene reasons, unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.

EXCHANGE PROCEDURE

- You will be required to provide the following information: order number, item description, reason for return, and any supporting evidence (e.g., photographs) if applicable.
- Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Exchange authorization,
- Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
COLOR DIFFERENCE?
Don’t Worry, Due to the different monitor and light effect, the actual colour maybe a slight different from the picture colour.
