Frequently asked Questions
When placing an order you may enter separate billing and delivery addresses. The order will be delivered to the address indicated. You will receive a receipt with details of your order via e-mail. If you have an account, you can also create, change and save multiple addresses in your address book.
Delivery times will depend on the city/town you are in. Shipments may take 5-7 business days upon order confirmation.
Shipping is free on all the online orders. For Cash on Delivery orders there is an additional charge of ₹200.
We currently ship only in India. Kosmetista shipments are sent via a designated courier service.
You can request a new password from the Sign In section of the site. Click on the “Forgot Your Password” link, enter your email address and submit request. A new password will be emailed to you.
If payment is declined, please contact your bank or credit card company first. Authorization is between our banking provider and your financial institution. If you encounter any further difficulties or have any additional questions, feel free to drop your email at support@kosmetista.in.
